You don’t need to starve yourself in order to lose weight. And you don’t need to feed yourself crappy “300-calorie” frozen dinner packages. All you need are wholesome foods and balanced meals.

Rethink what goes into your mouth and how you fuel your body. Rethink how you’re taking care of yourself.

APRIL 22, 2012 -I’ve noticed my upper abs has been showing a little more muscle, but my bottom half and my obliques definitely need some more work. Lol I also think it’s the lighting that shows more definition fml. sigh long way to go!
Dat burn. hurts but worth it in time :S

Carbs

I’ve started to notice I haven’t been burning much fat as I should for the reason that I have too much carb intake. When you exercise, your body burns the carbs first, then gets to the fat later..then you feel as if you’ve worked alot, ‘feeling it’, but it has yet to get to the fat. SO, protein is a must! it helps burn more calories throughout the day; esp during your pre and post workouts.
