I’ve started to notice I haven’t been burning much fat as I should for the reason that I have too much carb intake. When you exercise, your body burns the carbs first, then gets to the fat later..then you feel as if you’ve worked alot, ‘feeling it’, but it has yet to get to the fat. SO, protein is a must! it helps burn more calories throughout the day; esp during your pre and post workouts.
